Custom orders, special-order equipment, or installation-related products may require additional processing time.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:
- Royal Mail: 2–5 business days
- DPD UK: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking details will be provided via email where available once your order has been dispatched.

6. FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is correct. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or returned parcels caused by incorrect address information or missed deliveries.

7. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
